We will provide you with a return address which you will send the items too. We will for your items to reach the warehouse for inspection. We will send you a Refund or Exchange according to your liking. We typically process returns/exchanges within 48 hours upon receiving your package.

 

• I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

· Item Name

· Photos that show:

· The fault as clearly as possible

· Full-length photo of the item

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.
