Q: I need to change or cancel my order — is it too late?
Not necessarily. If we haven't packed it yet, there's still time. Reach out to info@urban-laws.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
Already shipped? No worries — you can always use our return process once it arrives.
Q: How do I know if something is a pre-order?
It'll be clearly marked on the product page. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces can take up to 4 weeks before they ship. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If it's been more than 5 business days with no movement, hit us up at info@urban-laws.com and we'll look into it.
Q: What are the delivery times?
- 🇺🇸 U.S.: 5–10 business days
- 🌍 International: 6–15 business days
Q: I put in the wrong shipping address — what now?
Don't panic. If we haven't shipped it yet, email info@urban-laws.com with your correct address and we'll update it. Once it's on the move, unfortunately we can't reroute it.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Everything is fully encrypted and secure.
Q: Will I see prices in my own currency?
Yes — we use Shopify Payments, so prices are automatically displayed in your local currency. The final charge depends on your bank's exchange rate at checkout.
Q: My payment didn't go through — why?
This usually happens due to expired card details, a typo in billing info, or your bank flagging an international purchase. Double-check your details and try again. If it keeps failing, your bank can usually resolve it in minutes.
Q: I see a duplicate charge on my statement?
That's most likely a temporary authorization hold — not an actual charge. It usually clears within 48–72 hours. If it doesn't, contact your bank or email us at info@urban-laws.com.
Q: Can I swap my item for a different one?
If it hasn't left our warehouse yet, absolutely — just email info@urban-laws.com and we'll try to make the switch.
Already delivered? No direct exchanges, but you can return it and reorder the piece you want.
Q: What's the return window?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Q: Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping is on the customer — unless the issue is on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.). In that case, we've got you covered.
Q: How do I find the right size?
Every product page has a detailed size chart. When in doubt, go one size up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email us with your height and weight — we'll recommend the best option.
Q: Will sold-out items come back?
Some pieces restock, some are one-and-done. That's the nature of limited drops. Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop on upcoming releases.
